Looking for ways to go gray natural I had a consultation with Deborah who is a hair therapist and with James who is a hair stylist. Great advise and service and I am very happy with the plan we came up with. Has been a while since I can say I am very happy with my hair stylists. I strongly recommend them.

Best experience ever. If you are looking for a hair dresser that actually cares about your hair this is the place to go. This place is about quality and James knows how to cut and style your hair. The treatments are amazing. I do the Brazilian Botox there and my hair is frizz free. Highly recommend.

Convenient location, they offer free parking at Brickell Avenue (which is awesome!), excellent products and high qualified professionals. Can it get any better? Delicious coffee, biscuits and wine (sugar free!!!) served to clients as courtesy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best salon of Miami! Deborah and her team are 100%, super friendly environment but the hair always look 10/10, they take care of the health of your hair, they are the best!!! Definitely recommend

The vibes of this salon are 10/10. From the complimentary wine, to the amazing scalp massages, to the free therapy sessions. Ricardo did an amazing job in bringing my hair back to life and Ivan’s customer service is top tier! I’ll be coming for weekly blowouts moving forward.

Amazing salon! I felt so welcomed. I did my treatment and haircut with Diego and he was IMPECCABLE. He knew exactly what my hair needed, listened to what I wanted, and exceeded my expectations. The owner, Déborah, and the whole staff were incredibly welcoming as well. They totally won me over ! I’ll be definitely coming back!

I recently moved here from New York and had to leave my longtime stylist who totally understood how to cut my hair. I was definitely nervous, sought suggestions, and was directed to Hello Beauty Concept. My first call was with Ivan who is fantastic. He is kind, patient, and literally guided me to the salon on the phone when I got a little lost for my first consultation with . . . DIEGO! I cannot say enough great things about Diego or for that matter, Ivan for suggesting Diego after speaking with me about my hair, the move, etc.! During my consultation, Diego spent a lot of time with me - talking to me about my hair, touching my hair to see how it felt and fell, etc., and I so appreciated his professionalism and thoughtfulness. The next visit - yesterday - was the big moment - the cut! AMAZING! It is absolutely beautiful and I do not think that even my much loved NY stylist's first cut was as terrific as Diego's. My whole experience with Hello Beauty was phenomenal, and I am very grateful that they work their magic in our lovely Brickell community. Many thanks, and I am looking forward to my next visit!

I called over the weekend about my hair, that was super messy! I got it done in Europe and they messed my hair up bad! I was a little nervous starting at a new salon as I just moved here, I can’t express the amazing work Carlos did! He helped me achieve the inspiration I was looking for and keep my natural brunette roots! I highly recommend this salon and they have an amazing staff, super friendly and welcoming!
